Fresh Telecoms - Moving Your Business Telephone Systems

Fresh Telecoms understand the importance when relocating your business that it is crucial that your customers, suppliers and business associates can contact you at all times.

We have put together some key points to consider when you are planning your upcoming move.

It is important that you advise us of the date of your intended move as early as possible

We would recommend that you make contact with our office at least 8 weeks prior to your planned business relocation

As a guide we require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice for PSTN (Standard) phone lines installation and a minimum of 8 weeks for ISDN installations
On occasions this process can take longer due to the capacity of the Telstra Network


Am I able to keep the same number/s?

Yes, you can keep the same number /s if you are relocating your business within the same Telstra exchange.

If your business is locating to a different exchange area, we will need to order new numbers for you.  We can also arrange for a diversion to be placed on your existing numbers for a period of time so that your customers, suppliers and business associates can always contact you.

Charges for this diversion will apply.

Do you need a Phone system relocated?

There will be Technical charges for the relocation of your phone system, as well as any charges if additional cabling is required at the new site.

Fresh Telecoms charge a Flat Move Administration Fee of $150.00 which will be placed on your next Fresh Telecoms account.
