I am writing to express my thanks to your staff for working closely with us to provide a telephony solution that will assist our business to operate more effectively.  The technicians that conducted the installation visited our office initially to assess where everything was to go and how we wanted the system laid out, thus ensuring there were no ‘surprises’ for us or them when installation was to take place.  Upon installation I found out it wouldn't take as long as first expected, as the system had already been programmed up according to our initial meeting.

I must say Tom, each time they visited the office, they arrived at the time we were expecting them and they even provided training that we could understand; which made our transfer over to Fresh Telecoms seamless.  Follow up service for both minor / major issues has been fantastic, minimizing the down time for the staff member affected.
